Burger King Greystones

Terrible service. I waited exactly 25 minutes to get what I didn't order... and it wasn't even busy. Half of the staff is doing nothing staring at a screen like it's the live broadcast of the first moon landing... still they can't get anything right. I ordered an Angus Farmhouse burger only and a kids meal (burger and onion rings)... I got an unrecognizeable beat up cold burger, 2 fries and onion rings... Seeing all the fries I didn't order I asked them to double check the order... They did and took the fries away... Now the kids burger was missing still so I had to ask check the order one more time... so eventually after explaining to them whats missing (as they were keep telling me it is all there)I got the kids burger... all of this after 25 minutes waiting. Also, I ordered eat-in but got a bag no tray.

Every time I've stopped here the food has been great. Quick turnaround. Good facilities. Well done Burger king staff. Great bunch of lads.

The staff service here is very poor. The Asian girl at the counter seemed to have no idea what she was doing. I had to repeat the same question several times, and she then had to ask another staff member for clarification. This wasted a lot of customers’ valuable time.

The atmosphere is good, and the place is clean and nice. However, the staff need better training and customer-service skills.
